Slender, dark-haired and just a little severe, Izabel Goulart had a breakthrough year in 2005 when she made her first appearance on the popular annual Victoria's Secret Fashion TV special. (She also starred on the show in 2006 and 2007.) Goulart followed in the footsteps of a long line of Brazilian models associated with the clothing catalog, including Gisele Bundchen, Adriana Lima, Michelle Alves and Alessandra Ambrosio. She has appeared on the covers of Marie Claire, Numero, Vogue Nippon, among other fashion magazines.

Extra credit: "The daughter of a house painter and a stay-at-home mom, Izabel is one of seven children," according to the Victoria's Secret website. Victoria's Secret also reports that "A model scout discovered Goulart while she was shopping for fruit in Sao Paolo, Brazil"... Some sites list her birthdate as 23 October 1984; Who2 has been unable to find a source for this date.
