Name at birth: Renata Seear

Noot Seear is a fashion model from Vancouver, British Columbia who became more well known when she was cast as Heidi in the 2009 sequel to the movie Twilight. She began modeling when she was just into her teens and moved to New York in 1997 to further her career. By the end of the 1990s she'd modeled for big-name designers such as Calvin Klein, Giorgio Armani and Vera Wang. When she's not on the runway she's posing for magazine covers and working with RoseCharities, a not-for-profit organization that provides relief for children in poor countries. Although Seear has little acting experience, she was picked to play the alluring vampire Heidi for the film version of the Stephenie Meyer's Twilight: New Moon, and starring Robert Pattinson and Kristin Stewart.
